1967
The Trinidad Express was first published on Tuesday June 6, 1967
1973
The Nation published the first issue of their paper on November 23, 1973
1979
Starcom Network was acquired by the Nation Group in 1979
1991
The Express Newspapers became the Caribbean Communications Network Limited (CCN) in 1991, with the company launching CCN TV6 on August 31st, 1991
1998
CCN acquired a 60% interest in the then government-owned Grenada Broadcasting Corporation (GBC), and the entity was renamed the Grenada Broadcasting Network (GBN)
2006
In January 2006, CCN and the Nation Corporation merged to form One Caribbean Media Limited
2010
OCM co-founded and sponsors The OCM Bocas Prize for Caribbean Literature
2016
Marked a decade of operational success, reporting that the group had expanded from 9 brands at the time of the merger to 20 brands
2017
OCM acquired a 51% controlling interest in Green Dot Limited
2018
OCM announced its investment in One Caribbean Flexipac Industries and Solutions Limited (OCFS), taking a 55% controlling shareholding in the packaging manufacturing company
